1. Purpose and Contractual Relationship
This page constitutes the Product Specific Terms and Service Definition applicable to Apturio Ads Lead Tracker.
It describes the functional scope of the Service, its components, responsibilities, limitations, and specific operational conditions.
This document supplements:
the applicable Order Form, checkout, or subscription;
the Apturio Terms of Service;
the Data Processing Agreement (DPA);
and any other Apturio legal documents that may apply.
Commercial terms specific to each subscription, including pricing, billing cycle, included limits, Add-Ons, and start date, will be set forth in the applicable Order, checkout, or subscription process.
2. Service Description
Apturio Ads Lead Tracker is a lead capture, attribution, and tracking solution designed to help organizations identify commercial opportunities generated through digital advertising campaigns.
The Service creates a tracking layer between the Customer's advertising campaigns and external systems subsequently used for bookings, sales, management, or customer service.
Its primary purpose is to reduce attribution loss that may occur when a person:
interacts with an advertisement;
expresses interest in a product or service;
and subsequently continues the process in an external system that does not directly report the conversion back to the advertising platform.
Apturio Ads Lead Tracker allows the commercial intent of the Lead to be recorded before the user is transferred to the Customer's external system.
3. Service Objectives
The Service is designed to:
identify Leads generated from advertising campaigns;
record their source, campaign, and service of interest when such information is available;
capture basic contact information;
record intent to purchase or book a service;
notify the Customer's designated team of new Leads;
maintain a contact database associated with advertising campaigns;
facilitate follow-up with Leads who do not immediately complete a booking or purchase;
provide information to evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness;
improve visibility into customer acquisition and conversion.
Apturio Ads Lead Tracker does not replace the Customer's booking system, EMR, ERP, clinical system, transactional system, or other operational platform.
4. General Service Flow
The standard Service flow is:
Advertising Campaign → Tracking Landing Page → Interest Capture → Registration in Apturio → Customer Notification → Customer External System
4.1 Advertising Campaign
A user interacts with a Customer digital advertising campaign, including, where applicable:
Google Ads;
Meta Ads;
Facebook Ads;
Instagram Ads;
other compatible channels.
4.2 Landing Page
The user is directed to a Landing Page configured for the applicable campaign, product, or service.
The Landing Page operates as an attribution point before transferring the user to the external system used by the Customer.
4.3 Intent Capture
The user provides basic contact information and expresses interest in a product or service.
4.4 Registration
Apturio records the Lead together with available attribution information.
4.5 Notification
Personnel designated by the Customer may receive a notification indicating that a new Lead has expressed interest.
4.6 Continuation of the Process
The user is transferred to the next step defined by the Customer, which may include:
an external booking system;
scheduling platform;
online store;
external form;
telephone contact;
or another platform.
The Customer may use the recorded information to identify and contact Leads who did not subsequently complete the booking, purchase, or conversion process.
5. Service Components
5.1 Landing Page
The Service may include one standard Landing Page per implementation, adapted to the Customer's branding and service within the contracted scope.
Its primary function is to facilitate Lead capture and attribution.
Substantial design modifications, custom development, or additional Landing Pages may require additional services or Add-Ons.
5.2 Lead Capture Form
The standard form is designed to collect only information reasonably necessary for the commercial purpose of the Service.
It may include:
first name;
last name;
email address;
telephone number;
product or service of interest;
applicable consent;
technical attribution parameters.
5.3 Attribution
When technically available, the system may record data such as:
Source;
Medium;
Campaign;
Ad / Ad Group;
UTM Source;
UTM Medium;
UTM Campaign;
UTM Content;
GCLID;
FBCLID;
Landing Page used;
product or service of interest.
The availability of this data may depend on factors including:
advertising platform;
campaign configuration;
browser;
user permissions;
consent mechanisms;
privacy technologies;
third-party restrictions.
Apturio does not guarantee that all attribution parameters will be available for every interaction.
5.4 Automations
The Service may include standard automations to:
register new Leads;
apply tags;
store attribution information;
identify the product or service of interest;
send notifications to Customer personnel;
transfer the user to the next step in the process.
5.5 Contact Database
Leads captured through the Service may be stored as contacts within the Apturio platform.
5.6 Reporting
Depending on the subscribed plan and available information, the Service may provide metrics related to:
total Leads;
Leads by campaign;
Leads by source;
Leads by service;
trends over time;
attribution data;
other indicators compatible with the information collected.
When the Customer subsequently provides or validates conversion information, additional metrics may be calculated, including:
converted Leads;
conversion rate;

return-related indicators where sufficient information is available.
6. Definition of a Lead
For purposes of this Service, a Lead is a person who provides contact information through a capture mechanism associated with the Service and expresses interest in a Customer product or service.
The existence of a Lead does not necessarily mean that any of the following has occurred:
a booking;
a sale;
a transaction;
a final conversion;
acquisition of a new customer;
in healthcare contexts, acquisition of a new patient.
Apturio Ads Lead Tracker primarily records commercial intent.
Confirmation of a booking, sale, or final conversion may depend on information available exclusively within Customer systems.
7. Conversion Reconciliation
When the system in which the final conversion occurs is not integrated with Apturio, the Customer will be responsible for determining which Leads subsequently completed the applicable booking, purchase, or other process.
Apturio may provide information or Lead lists to facilitate this reconciliation.
Depending on the implemented process, Leads may subsequently be identified using statuses such as:
Lead generated;
Lead contacted;
Booking completed;
Sale completed;
Conversion undetermined.
Where sufficient information exists, Apturio may use reconciled data to generate additional performance metrics.
8. Customer Access
Depending on the subscribed plan, Apturio may provide limited access to selected platform features.
Customer access may include:
Contacts;
Reporting;
dashboards related to the Service.
Subscription to Apturio Ads Lead Tracker does not necessarily provide full administrative access to the Apturio platform.
Features that are not part of the subscribed Service may remain disabled.
